In the past, the community suffered from years of mismanagement and even faced the threat of closure. Thanks to the dedication of local organizations and community partners, the park was preserved, and its future secured.

We are working hard to invest in improvements that will enhance safety, comfort, and pride of ownership while keeping housing costs affordable for residents. Our goal is to ensure La Hacienda remains a strong, vibrant, and accessible community for years to come.

Starting in 2026, La Hacienda Mobile Home Park will begin offering affordable, modern, and high-quality mobile homes designed to meet the needs of low-income families. As part of our commitment to keeping housing accessible, some of these new homes will be income-restricted units reserved for qualifying households.
