La Hacienda Mobile Home Park continues to move forward under new ownership. Exciting improvements are already underway, making the community safer, more comfortable, and an even better place to call home.
Meet Luis, Our New Onsite Property Manager
Big news at La Hacienda Mobile Home Park. Our community just got a boost with the arrival of Luis, our new onsite property manager. He brings a mix of hands-on onsite management experience and construction know-how. That means he is ready to help lead all the exciting improvements coming to the park.
Luis is enthusiastic about meeting residents, hearing their ideas, and making La Hacienda a safer, cleaner, and more enjoyable place to live. With his background in both property management and construction, he is perfectly equipped to oversee projects from start to finish.
Planning of Projects and Bids
Big improvements are on the way. Our team has been busy planning and evaluating bids for a variety of projects that will make La Hacienda feel even more like home.
Some of the projects we are most excited about include:
- A wall on the east side of the community to prevent trespassing and increase safety for everyone
- Road improvements to make travel smoother, safer, and easier for residents and visitors
- Security cameras installed in key spots to keep the neighborhood secure
Every project is carefully planned to make sure it benefits residents while minimizing disruptions. From picking contractors to reviewing budgets, we are taking the time to make sure everything is done right.
Cleaning Up
We have hired a contractor to go through the park, clear empty lots, remove debris, and improve the overall look of La Hacienda. The difference is already noticeable, and residents are seeing the park become a cleaner, more inviting place to call home.
We are creating a safe, welcoming environment for families and neighbors. Clean lots make room for new projects, better safety, and a sense of pride in where you live.
Demo Homes: Sent Notice Belief of Abandonment
As part of our effort to keep the community vibrant, we are addressing homes that appear abandoned. Notices have been sent to begin the abandonment process, paving the way to safely demolish homes that are no longer occupied or maintained.
This step will take several months, but it is an important part of keeping La Hacienda safe and attractive. Clearing abandoned homes also allows space for improvements and ensures that every corner of the park feels cared for. Residents can look forward to a community that is cleaner, safer, and ready for new possibilities.
New Homes 2026
The most exciting news? La Hacienda will be welcoming new homes in 2026. These modern, high-quality homes will provide affordable options for families looking for a fresh start in Fresno. The addition of new homes marks a major step in our commitment to offering comfortable, accessible housing while keeping the neighborhood vibrant.
Even before the new homes arrive, we are preparing with a manager’s unit scheduled for 2025. This unit will allow onsite management to respond quickly to resident needs, coordinate maintenance, and serve as a hub for community support. With new homes and better management, the park is set to feel more lively, organized, and neighborly than ever.
Residents can look forward to a place where neighbors know each other, and there is always something fun happening. Every improvement is designed to make La Hacienda more than just a place to live. It is a community where people can feel at home.
