La Hacienda Mobile Home Park will soon be participating in grant-funded programs designed to make high-quality mobile homes available to low-income families in Fresno. These programs are made possible through partnerships with the City of Fresno, housing organizations, and state and federal funding sources.

• Income Limits: Families typically must earn less than a set percentage of the Area Median Income (AMI) for Fresno County. Common categories include:

  • Extremely Low Income: up to 30% of AMI

  • Very Low Income: up to 50% of AMI

  • Low Income: up to 80% of AMI

• Household Size: The income limit adjusts based on the number of people in the household.
