What is the income requirement and other requirements?
Some of the new homes will be income-restricted and reserved for qualifying households. Income requirements will follow affordable housing guidelines, which will be shared when applications open. Additional requirements may include proof of income, identification, and background checks as determined by management.
Do you allow pets?
Yes, pets are allowed with certain guidelines to ensure the safety and comfort of all residents. Pets must be well-behaved, up to date on vaccinations, and comply with community rules. Breed and size restrictions may apply. Please contact management for the full pet policy.
What kind of parking do you have?

What size homes will you have available?
We will have 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom homes available. The size will be between approximately 540 and 840sqft.
Do you have homes for sale?
We may custom-order homes for you if you are interested.

Homes will come equipped with essential appliances such as a refrigerator, stove, oven, and in-unit washer/dryer hookups. Some models may also include dishwashers and microwaves.
Are utilities included in the rent?

Can I bring in a mobile home that I own?

Can I bring my RV to La Hacienda?
RVs are generally not allowed as permanent residences.
